Support services provided to individuals to ensure their health and welfare. This service is carried out by Remote Support Professionals (RSPs) utilizing a variety of Assistive Technology solutions (including, but not limited to, cameras, sensors, and two-way devices) placed in the home of the individual.

Take the first step toward becoming a pioneer in a groundbreaking and rapidly growing form of care! Our standard training timeline is roughly 12 weeks. If you are eager to begin, we can expedite the process to as little as 8 weeks, or extend it to meet your needs. Over the course of our training program, we will help your team to become experts on our industry-leading software. We will provide every tool you need to provide quality supports and facilitate growth for your team.

Go At Your Own Pace!

With the Pathway Program, you can begin the process of becoming an RSS provider at a manageable and customizable pace. First, you will receive your certification to be a Remote Supports Provider. Then, as you prepare to provide RSS and become acquainted with the Atlas platform, THS Remote Support Services will temporarily provide Remote Supports to your individuals, and you will act as the paid backup. This will allow you to learn more about Remote Supports and the Atlas platform without delaying your company’s growth. Once you have completed your training and established your preferred caseload volume, Atlas will transition services over to your RSS team.
